PubLandlord provides website design, development, local SEO, and digital marketing services specifically for pubs and hospitality businesses in the United Kingdom. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly mentioned. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on project scope changes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Website Projects: 50% deposit upon agreement, 50% upon completion before launch
• Monthly SEO Services: Payment due at the start of each month
• Additional Work: As agreed in writing

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely content, images, and information
• Reviewing and approving work within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining domain registration and hosting payments (if applicable)
• Ensuring provided content does not infringe third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for their project. PubLandlord retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile, booking systems). We are not responsible for changes to third-party services, their availability, or their terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

PubLandlord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

For website projects, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly SEO services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with site functionality
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
