Pricing questions, answered
Is there a long contract?
No. We work on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice — we earn your business every month rather than locking you in.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security, your domain management, software updates, and ongoing local SEO. On our Local Favourite and Destination plans it also includes content updates so your menus, events and offers stay current.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The setup fee and monthly fee are all you pay. The only optional extra is if you want a brand-new custom domain name, which is typically £10–15 a year.
How long until my website is live?
Most Starter sites go live within a week. Local Favourite and Destination sites typically take two to three weeks depending on how quickly you can supply photos and menus.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your content, domain and brand are always yours. If you ever leave, we'll help you transfer everything across.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many pubs start on Starter to get found on Google, then upgrade to Local Favourite once they want bookings and events. You can move up a plan at any time.
